Ladies Night at Tampopo - we were there on a Wednesday and they said its ladies night , got us to roll 2 dices and see what discount / complimentary items we were entitled to. We 'won' a 50% discount off one sashimi item.

Shoulder pork loin set - this costs the same as the top grade black pork cutlet. I cant compare the taste, haven had the chance to taste the other. It was sold out
We shared the black pig shabu shabu ramen.
Yummy swordfish. We ordered this because they gave us 50% discount off one sashimi dish. Our first choice - sea urchin, was sold out.

The menu says fried squid, but we were served big juicy octopus legs.
Shokudo Japanese Pasta & Pizza at Bugis Junction
Portions are quite small. If not for the drinks, I still can order more food. The cheesecake is fantastic.
