Mother's Day Feast



I had a bunch of ripe bananas at home, so I baked a banana-walnut cake for my inlaws on Mother's Day. Though the recipe called for only one banana, I added 4 bananas and the whole cake turned out quite dense , like a brownie.


Brought my MIL to Pioneer Springs Seafood Restaurant at Mount Faber Safra for dinner . Went with hubby and his sis, and in the end she paid for everything. Food was quite good, though I think their seafood-based dishes were not as good as those from Long Beach / Palm Beach etc.
